Terrible management HR specifically

Pros

Great pay and benefits ... flex and summer hours were all good perks of this company. Subsidized lunch was great too.

Cons

They make huge employee cuts almost every year. HR management is a click ... a mean girls kind of click. If you are not in with the cool kids you don't matter ... you will feel it everyday. Even if you are part of the click the next day you many not be .... just because. Everyone is over worked and the back biting is taught from the top down that's it's totally ok. Avoid !!!
