Pros

The company's pipeline is solid and bringing innovative medicines to patients. Significant evolution around people management, culture, performance, globalization - lots of great programs added.

Cons

There still is the 'old boy network' in play in the U.S.. No women in very top leadership positions. Parts of the organization still operating independently. This leads to continued inconsistencies in processes, ways of working and promotions. Too many initiatives at the same time, very early and very late global meetings, and international travel - it's draining.

There are no pros at all working for this miserable company

Cons

The cons are too numerous in the amount of space available. I could write a novel. Terrible place for women, and HR is no help at all when presented with evidence of a hostile work environment. There were no repercussions for managers who bullied and belittled subordinates. This was the most toxic workplace in my entire career.

Cons

Promotions are hard to come by and even harder to come by for women. No women in upper level management positions - it's embarrassing for 2021.
