      Salary at Associate Director level is a good jump from Manager Position Headquarters is new and beautiful Strong IT support Great car options (Nissan and Subaru, computer, phone benefit, fuel card, corporate credit card) Overly generous travel meal allowances ($25/$45/$75)

      Poor company performance over the past 3-5 years with the current Executive and Sr Level Leadership Very few credible and respected leadership left Field is over saturated with reps= spending (ROI margin low for franchises) Sales leadership and Executive leadership is viewed as superficial and insider club of Former Amgen folks Too many cons to list I just left. Morale is at its lowest= unmotivated and excited to work for the company more.
