      The Company is extremely profitable but is constantly under some sort of cost cutting scheme. It can get very old talking about how your bonuses need to be reconfigured using a different methodology when they had posted record profits 5 straight years.

      Excellent PTO/401k/health benefits, management is very family oriented, very diverse environment, holiday parties, family events, occasional luncheons, lots of career opportunities (though very difficult to obtain due to the size of internal applicants sometimes)...honestly it's an AWESOME place to work!

      Cons

      Now for the bad...the only reason I left was because of poor leadership. There are a lot of great managers, but almost no actual LEADERS. A leader should be a champion of their employee, but management here does VERY little to help employees grow professionally, even when you ask for it multiple times. They are more willing to let good talent walk out than to find out what will keep them happy, in my case professional growth. If you get a job here you need to blaze your own path as management will NOT help you whatsoever.
