The company is a complete mess. No one seems to know who is suppose to do what and the bosses will often make you do task outside your position but then complain when you’re behind in your actual task. This company’s communication structure is possibly one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Good luck if you apply

Management only listens to management. You could work and try really hard but management only dwells on what you do wrong. Eventually it gets to the point where management will send an email to HR and tell them everything that is wrong but no mention of anything good. It gets to the point where you become an outcast with no one to talk to. If you really really need a job and are desperate then apply at this company but my advise don't do it. A lot of parts issues and production is constantly being sent home. Have to have a degree or take some college courses to move up.
