Pros

The reason for the extra hours this coming week followed by the recent lay off is not because of a shortness of staff. Its because the volume of work was lower and retained employees had to go with no work for portions of two days. The extra hours coming up are not overtime hours but an attempt to provide additional hours to the employees who lost hours do to low work volumes. Over time and weekends are not on the horizon and have not been in place for numerous months. People need to wake up and understand the company is fighting for us as employees every day. I think its an outstanding place to work and only have been here 6 months!

Cons

Don't allow the few negative people overshadow all the good going on. We should feel very lucky to have the opportunities we have and the few people who are negative bring the rest down.

Pros

Nothing at all, absolutely nothing.

Cons

I was employed at Data for 20 months and then fired for "not going fast enough". I know for sure I was going at the rate they wanted as I had been doing the job for 20 months with no problem! This company does not care about its employees at all!!! After hearing the recent layoff of 120 people, I had to write this review. I feel so bad for those people and I know first hand how it feels. Not giving those people any notice is sick. When you quit, your expected to give a 2 weeks notice, can they not have the decency to do the same? And on top of it, not even letting you finish your shift! And on top of that, they had to call the police to the scene prior to letting people know. What does that say about this company? Let's call the police and have them escort our employees out the building, no questions can be asked. This is one of the most shady and downright money driven companies in the area. Oh and need anymore reason to hate Data Dimensions? They were sued last year for not paying their employees to the standard the government requires. They lost the lawsuit and had to back-pay thousands of people. Avoid this company at all costs.
