Pros
In my time at DSI, I've seen remarkable growth and considerable improvement across the board. Some pros: * Great teams and talented coworkers * Increasing opportunities for advancement and career growth * Awesome customers and product lines The shift to cloud-based solutions to supply chain and inventory processes is really an exciting product to be taking to the market. I think I speak for the whole team when I say that we’re excited to provide a product that solves our clients’ problems.
Cons
Some internal challenges were created with shift in product focus. Working in sales, it was hard for me to quickly adapt to advances in our products from a remote setting. Just added some late-night homework assignments to my plate to keep up with what is ultimately an industrywide shift.
