      Pros

      * Leadership team is focused on transparency, collaboration and inclusiveness * Fully remote, flexible schedule ("core hours") * Strong market opportunity, good product/market fit

      Cons

      * Benefits are lacking. No 401k or bonus structure in place at the time of this review. Not unexpected for a company this size, and I expect it to change in the coming year or two, but still worth noting.

I'm confident it's an area that we'll mature in as we continue along our path and move toward a growth stage startup to offer items like a 401K match on top of the already existing Guideline 401K plan.

      Great mission and even better team!

      Pros

      Great work environment – even when completely remote. Transparency across the entire company on everything from funding rounds to new hires/fires. Great culture that encourages individuals to work hard as well as take personal time off. Overall a great place to work.

      Need to do more vetting when hiring.

I know this has been a topic for leadership. One area we're focusing on in engineering is introducing a structured interview process to ensure fairness and eliminate unconscious bias.

      High growth company with a great mission

      Pros

      Privacy has landed and it's here to stay. DataGrail is in a great position to become the industry leader. - Great people. It's nice to enjoy being around people with who you interact for multiple hours every day. - Startup. Nimble and lightweight. We can make decisions and execute them quickly. - My input is always heard and discussed. It's nice to be acknowledged and heard. - Lots of learning opportunities. As a startup, there is so much to do and so much to learn. I personally enjoy these situations. - Career growth. I see a clear career growth path here.

      Cons

      - Covid has made communication tough. I have yet to meet any of my coworkers in person. - Need to be better about roadmap planning and prioritizing.
