Between angry reviews and fake reviews - the truth is somewhere is the middle

Pros

1. The core product is way more advanced than anything else in the market. There is an opportunity to change the paradigm and make AI pervasive in all businesses. 2. The CEO is visionary and inspiring. He wants both the product and the company to be different. This is ambitious and exciting. 3. The company was always distributed, opportunities to work from pretty much anywhere. You could be working from a van in Colorado or a beach in Thailand. As long as you work hard. 4. Customers find value in the solution and business was doing very well (we'll see with COVID)

Cons

1. General lack of experience at execs & vp level. Lots of cash burnt in trial & error - so basically training those folks. Good for them but we now urgently need to take the company to the next level. 2. Everyone in the trenches new that we were adding too many people and burning too much money last year. Which led to the layoffs largely discussed in other reviews. 3. The organization is generally inefficient with more and more processes, leads to a lot of frictions and unnecessary work.
