People are smart, diverse, curious, passionate. The technology is unmatched in the industry and we are just at the beginning!

Cons

No matching 401K. Long Decision Process because they are trying to promote team collaboration and transparency - often view as bottleneck.

Pros

I've been with DataRobot for over a year and there's a lot to like. The company pays well, highly talented people work in every department, the product is well managed, and the market opportunity is significant. Though in my experience, the best part of DR is the focus they put on people. I was skeptical of this when I joined because so many companies promote this. But I continually see new programs and resources introduced that are centered on employee development and well being. It's truly one of a kind and sets the company heads and shoulders above nearly all other companies.

Cons

The goals are aggressive and expectations high as is typical for a fast growing company. Workloads can be heavy at times, and it's not a 9-5 type of company. This makes it incredibly rewarding for people who thrive in a setting like this but it's certainly not for everyone.

Pros

Exciting technology at the forefront of AI for the enterprise, the company has a vast potential market that only grows by the day. Ideal for anyone who wants to join a start-up and work to help grow it into a large iconic company, in what is likely a winner take most market. You will be surrounded by talented and creative people. In addition to the opportunity of being at a start-up like this DataRobot tries to invest as much as it can to align it's employees work to things they are interested in and will even allow employees to go learn about other parts of the business

Cons

There is a lot of work to do, and startups are not for everyone since we are in a new market with a new platform we have to figure many things out for the first time and cannot merely follow the same old playbooks that have worked for other technology companies. This isn't a place for people that do not want to put in the work or who want to rinse and repeat what they did at their previous positions.
