Demand gen has toxic management that is full of it. Goal setting is random and utterly ambitious. Working 24/7 is praised... especially once the investors decided to go public. Whole team is burnt out and surviving from Friday to Friday.
Compensation review is nonexistent
Promotion from SDR role is nonexistent. A few exceptions don't count...
Nobody will question your worth and work quality as long as you meet the quotas. Once you don't — you are nobody, and your previous work and results are worth nothing.
