9yWith fast growth, organizations can tend to stay focused on the status quo but at DataServ we realize the importance of developing, improving and scaling. Some changes can take longer than others, but we are up for the task! Our company goal for 2017 is a focus on scalability and efficiency. Also in 2017, we are focused on development for employees to enhance communication tools around cross-departmental communication as well as how we communicate internally within our individual teams. As we develop stronger ties to the way we work and the way we work with each other, we can’t help but improve! Thanks for your feedback!

9yAt DataServ (Missouri) we’ve been talking a lot about communication in 2017. As we work closely together and develop trust in our working relationships, communication becomes easier. We begin to depend on our co-workers to follow through on their part. They then take the challenge don’t disappoint us!
