Pros

Staff is very committed to the company and go the extra mile. Great environment. Trying to move to a more virtual office strategy to add work life balance to the team.

Cons

Need a more concise high level vision - the owners are actively working on this. They are dedicated to updating this and ensuring the entire team is educated as well as their clients.

As the CEO, I am amazed daily at the commitment of our employees. With the changing environment and constant update in technology, we are required to be agile and move quickly with the market. To define our vision, we find that reviewing overall projects then breaking them down into quarterly initiatives keep us agile and on the same page! One of our 2017 initiatives is more internal training cross-departmentally for employees so all can keep up with the trends and initiatives of other teams. Thank you for your review!

If you thrive in a fast-paced office environment, with intelligent, innovative team members, you will find DataServ an ideal employer. Great corporate culture with focus on employee life-work balance & nice benefits. Fun group of people to work with... No office politics ... No drama.

Cons

Company is growing fast and the normal "growing pains" can be a challenge. Need to upgrade video conferencing to accommodate remote workers.

At DataServ (Missouri), our organization and team has grown and diversified over the last few years. As we grow we have embraced new working models like work-from-home and flexible schedules. Flexible scheduling can bring challenges in communication. As we continue with additional flexibility for our staff, we continue to evolve the tools we use for conferencing and messaging as well as the ability of our clients to reach us at any time. BEST company I have ever worked for!

Pros

This company truly has something special to offer. The innovation here is not like anything I've ever experienced. All voices are heard and valued by upper level management. Continuous improvement and focus on where the industry is headed are just some of the things that make this company special. The software is slick and easy to use. An enormous amount of energy is placed toward creating a great client experience.

Cons

I can't think of a single con.
