We trust that requests between teams and within teams are being addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible and a response on the status will come quickly. The partners really try to make this a fun place to work.

Cons

The partners will ask multiple people to do the same task. Communicating the desired outcomes could be worked on.

At DataServ (Missouri) we rely on our employees a lot! At times this can create confusion about task ownership but the DataServ team is really good at owning their work. As we move forward, we get better at clearly delineating who owns what but we believe trust is the key. We continue to develop trust that each employee or team will succeed at what they own. As we continue to work on honing this skill throughout the organization, we continue to see progress! Thank you for your feedback!

Dynamic, fun environment where we all get to have an impact.

Pros

I feel valuable to management and can contribute ideas to help make the company successful. We are all on the same team. No politics or games and everyone is very honest. I like being involved in planning for the future of the company.

Cons

Too many meetings. Not enough resources to do everything that we need to do on an everyday basis. I sometimes feel overloaded with work.

At DataServ (Missouri) we are always moving fast and in a growth mode! Sometimes this can feel overwhelming. We work on prioritizing our workload and confirming our time is being spent on the right projects. We’ve implemented a projects “board” for individual teams to list outstanding projects and then help in prioritizing them with the available resources. Unfortunately, limited resources are a reality for all companies in the current marketplace. Keep your comments coming and talk about this more internally!
