      -Pay, quarterly bonus, coworkers are great

      - Leadership is terrible - Cog in a very large machine, care little for employee retention and well being

      Reasonable pay, great people to work with, product is interesting and customers find value in it which makes your job significantly easier.

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, lots of turnover and company changes

      Management cares about employees and shares clear guidelines for success. Very young company, great place to meet people.

      It’s a very large company and it can feel like your work isn’t noticed.
