Pros

It's a great place to work. Team leads truly care about their team and the CEO truly is as transparent as legally possible :) This is certainly not the case for a lot of other companies.

Cons

In the past I feel like promotions have been given out of favoritism, though I do think that has gotten a bit better.

Pros

Daxko provides growth opportunities for team members, both individual contributors and leaders. The workplace is fun and collaborative. If you're passionate about your role, you can really move the needle in a positive direction.

Cons

Legacy product issues sometimes lead to late nights and weekends in the office, often with less-than-ideal long term solutions to resolve the issues.
