Over the past 9-12 months, multiple changes at the senior leadership level have led to a more authoritarian style of leadership and a noticeable decrease in retention and overall employee engagement. Square peg leaders have been forced into round holes, and it isn't working. There is little to no collaboration between department leadership, which leads to many issues being kicked from team to team while people try and figure out who is supposed to handle something. There is little to no accountability at the leadership level. The same leaders keep leading the same underperforming teams, year after year. Dayforce is a good product, but is not without fault. It has its quirks, even in the core functionality.

It is the blind leading the blind Consulting side of the business is driving to make work and life miserable for employees - unreasonable project deadlines - unreasonable work hours 60 plus hours in a week is a norm with no extra perk or benefit - below market compensation and benefits which is an embarassment, people know their worth everyone but Ceridian - great folks are leaving this organization in the numbers weakening this practice - the business model of retaining revenue will drive consultants into the pavement and grind them - upper management within my side of the business appeared to be the most greedy and clueless group looking at only money - charades with fake positive reviews - ALL that glitters is definitely not gold and Ceridian is a lump of coal - If significant changes aren't made people will have another mass exodus like when Moses parted the Red Sea - Have I said, terrible management? I cannot reiterate this enough
