Pros

Great workers, and dedicated employees. There is a ton of knowledge among the seasoned employees. Treat them right or you will lose them to your competitors.

Cons

Sr. Mgmt at this facility went thru a change about 3years ago. New managers did not know the industry, but look good on paper. They were able to get their "numbers" This meant customer satisfaction went way down. They will need to lose some of their major clients before the Sr Mgmt team wakes up. Maybe someday it will be a great place to work again.

Pros

• Work life balance • virtual nature • decent benefits • provided with basic tools to do the job • large territory • nice offices

Cons

• Regional meetings take 3 days to do what could be presented in 1 day. The manager will say something like;, “… this will be the 3 days that create the vision moving forward. “ Then the actual content is a rah rah session with intiatives that never get fully implemented. (see flavor of the month) • Management is always changing. 10 managers in less than 4 years! District VP is no more than a sales manager is with little ability to make real change. • Flavor of the month is always different. Do it this way ...no that way ...no this other way • A lot of turnover • Little support from managers that are too focused on preparing for internal meetings that do not involve direct selling • Little communication after a new corporate focus is instituted • All managers were from outside of Ceridian. I never saw a manager advance from within the company • paperwork, paperwork, paperwork • implementation is a nightmare and there is always a fear that the PM will reject a project

Pros

Great people. So management and supervisors were great to talk to. They have a fitness subsidy.

Cons

The supervisors were just looking after themselves. It was hard to communicate with my supervisor. It was hard to advance your career. They came up with stats that you needed to reach or you would be in trouble... Lots of employees felt like they were chained to their desks.
