Pros

Light work. Time to study for college.

Cons

Terrible pay with no benefits. No incentive to work hard and many employees slack due to this. Owner treats employees as interchangeable parts.

Pros

There are great repeat guests. You get the days off you request. You get a 25% discount at Toast restaurant. There are cameras.

Cons

Cash handling proceedures aren't followed and management has decided to recoup their losses by not giving any raises or standard industry bonuses. Most written policies aren't followed. The better maintained rooms are reserved for repeat business customers that only pay 33%-55% of the rate other guest pay.
