Pros

There are too many to list but the real story is that we work in a place where bosses really care about team members. Where the CEO actually plays ping pong with me and is willing to share insights on what we are up to as a company. This doesn't exist anywhere else. I saw a couple of negative reviews and all I can say is shame on you! Seriously, if you are a negative outlook on life you should not take it out on Dealer.com!! This place is filled with positive, passionate, fun and truly caring people. Lets keep it that way. I LOVE Dealer.com and have enjoyed my 5 years here. I look forward to many more.

Cons

Seriously? The only thing I can think of is the city should give Dealer.com some additional parking since the company is hiring so much and paying massive taxes..etc :)

Pros

Intelligent, engaged, and hard working colleagues who proactively work together as a team to reach solutions on a daily basis. It's a dynamic environment; challenging and interesting work that is constantly changing, as we are a high tech company in the Automotive industry. I learn new information every day! Leadership team consistently maintains strong core values and ethics, that seem to have been the philosophy of the company from Day 1. These values matriculate down through the company as well and the Leadership team has maintained a long term commitment in providing the best solutions for our Clients and providing for the well being of Employees. Incredible Wellness programs for employees and excellent benefits. Close relationships are fostered both in and outside work.

Cons

Since we are moving so fast, communication of decisions between (and even within departments) is often sacrificed. Work load and stress can be high, (but having such a great group of people really takes the load off).

Pros

Dealer.com has been my family for the last 8 years of my life! I've never worked with so many talented, fun & creative people under 1 roof and I am proud to call them my friends - I left the "big corporate competitor" back in 2002 and have never looked back (except to see them in our dust!). When I first joined Dealer.com, I wanted to work for the best company & represent the best solution in the industry and it's evident that I made the right decision. Through hard work, smart leadership, and a stroke of good luck, Dealer.com has managed to create an environment where everyone is excited to be here every day! The "Work Hard, Play Hard" mentality is evident within the company, whether you're in all-day meetings, late-night chats, or taking early-morning turns on the slopes before work! Getting down to business, we have over 400 amazing employees that all bring something to the table that will help us improve our client support, products & services! When I worked for the "corporate competitor", they were constantly falling short of their projected earnings, which meant yearly layoffs for some unlucky employees (thankfully not me!). Seeing your friends clean their desk off based on missed earnings or over-hiring is something I'd never like to witness in my life! The point is, Dealer.com has NEVER had any type of layoffs because they continually reinvest in the RIGHT people, instead of just focusing on adding more 'headcount'. The funny thing is, you never hear of anyone leaving the company for a better opportunity? I've seen over 400 hundred new employees come, but only a handful leave...to me, that's the best testament to why I think Dealer.com is the best place to work :)

Cons

We've outgrown our current building, and waiting for the rest of the building to be completed in March 2011. Subsequently, parking has become tight. But it's free...you *could* pay $15/day to park in some big city?
