Pros

Diverse teams, lots of information and data to pull from/work with. Great pay and benefits. Company sales conferences are a good time getting to know your coworkers and upper management better.

Cons

Almost required that you should be working overtime every day / week / month (unwritten). Company Culture was suffering/faltering. Micromanagement. Not a lot of opportunity to affect change - no one listened to ideas.

Nice people to work with. Management Reacted well on pandemic challenges. 5 weeks vacation. Even though company is big I feel valued.
