Pros

Culture and that’s about it! Expect to call 600 people a day from 9-6, maybe even 9-8 so hit your quota (which is a game of pure luck)

Cons

Work life balance sucks as SDRs, no job security that they don’t tell you about during the interview. They were doing really well a year ago, but have run out of doctor leads to call and are tanking $$$ wise.

Pros

DearDoc is one big family. We all work super hard together to hit our goals and the environment is electric. So much support from your co-workers and nothing but great vibes all around. I have learned so much from DearDoc that will help me in my career and life in general. Fantastic start up. Danielle is a great sales manager and working with her ensures growth in so many ways. Mikey P's training teaches you so much about sales and communication, he is changing the sales training game day by day. Massive shoutout to the CEO Joe Brown, he's always looking out for everyone and will give you an ear anytime!

Cons

None. You get what you give
