Although I have experience in tech sales, working here as a sales development representative has been completely different, but in a good way. The team is very transparent about sharing what works, and the managers do more than just chase numbers. They also coach you on strategy. The culture is very team-oriented and promotes healthy competition. You are urged to experiment rather than limit yourself to a single strategy.

Cons

When deadlines and goals all come at once at the end of the month, it can be a little overwhelming.

After a few weeks of a seamless onboarding process, I felt comfortable handling client calls. Although you are expected to run your book of business, you are never left alone because the company truly values ownership. I appreciate that assisting clients in truly receiving value from their purchases is just as important to client success as retention.

I wasn't sure how much experience I would have with actual projects as a junior accountant, but I was involved in daily financial operations from the first month. I've gained a great deal of knowledge about reporting, reconciliations, and even getting involved in system upgrades. My manager has been excellent at giving me clear, constructive criticism, and the finance team is friendly.

Cons

Month-end can be quite demanding, and the internal systems take some getting used to.
