In my experience as a Customer Support Specialist II, this position is both exciting and demanding, but in a positive way. Every day is different, and I feel like I'm always learning new things, not just about our systems, but also about how to effectively and empathetically handle customer issues in real time. In contrast to simply following scripts, you are encouraged to think critically here. That adds significance to the work.

I love this role because I get to be the first person our customers interact with after signing. It’s fast-paced, but super rewarding when a customer sees their new site or first leads come in. The team is collaborative, which I was missing at my last company. What I also appreciate is the visibility across departments. I work closely with CSMs, AEs, and even engineering to make sure the handoff is smooth and nothing falls through the cracks. It makes me feel like I’m part of something bigger.
