Pros

-If you're an AE you'll make lots of money if you follow the script and don't ask questions. -If you're not an AE, you'll get to interact with some cool colleagues who care. -US employees get paid and have access to basic healthcare. -You work for customers who are, for the most part, literally trying to save people's lives.

Cons

-Poor leadership across the board. -No competitive pay (except for AE's who are favored above all). -Severely limited product capabilities and no one focuses on developing anything better. -A culture that favors parties over inclusion and empathy. -Total lack of direction or mission of the company outside of making money. -All data is incomplete and inaccurate but your performance will be based on it regardless. -QA is not really a thing here, so lower your expectations. -There is no career growth whatsoever because even if you do move into a new role, it's just the same awful problems but heightened in a different way and there is no mentorship or leadership track for discussion. -Feedback is "asked for" but never actually listened to. Don't bother offering it.

Pros

The managers are great and genuinely seem to care about their team members. The company as a whole is great at cheering people on for their successes. Frequent virtual happy hours.

Cons

No transparency from upper management. Constant fear of being fired for not hitting quotas. Supposed training period only lasts for about 4 days, then you're left to fend for yourself or risk getting fired. The work you're being told you will do during your interviews doesn't end up being what you actually do while working there. A misleading company as a whole.

Pros

DearDoc has fun and throws down hard. It can definitely be super fun here, and people are nice. They do fun contests like gift card giveaways and stuff. Nobody ever says anything negative, ever.

Cons

The constant, unblemished positivity that characterizes DearDoc leadership is actually kinda creepy. They never acknowledge the ethical questions surrounding their aggressive business tactics, or how inconsiderate they are with doctor's personal cell phones . The whole Apple thing is such a corny trick, and if someone spoofed my number to pitch me software, I would be furious too.
