Pros

free lunch and snacks in the office, benefits package, awesome coworkers. I would love to leave a great review for the people alone, but I feel a strong need to warn anyone about this place.

Cons

management has little to no experience, and basically is setting you up for failure in the account executive role. this company is not the real deal, they are desperate for anyone who applies to join, and i am certain the turnover rate is much worse than other SaaS companies. The sales pitch involves false data, bait and switch tactics, and high pressuring for a credit card/one call close method. The company pretends to be associated with apple and google, but definitely is not. I definitely would avoid this place, I was a top performer and still was fired, and its as simple as the company couldn't figure out how to set us up for success, with proper training or legitimate strategies.

Pros

- it's a SAAS company, you work remote - unlimited PTO - no micro managing

Cons

- the company has no clear direction - "onboarding" has nothing to do with the role - you are made to believe that having a BOB of 250+ accounts is normal - zero professionalism - it's clear the CEO is just looking to sell this company - absolutely no diversity -I witnessed a manager, director, VP, and 4 colleagues are leave within my first 3-6 months. Only 1 left for a new position - sales lie to customer, the CEO knows about it and it's still going on - you know it's a bad company when you're told to CYA, but they preach a "team culture " - this is the first time I have personally and professionally outgrown a company - there's no room for growth at this company, after 18 months of being there no conversation about a raise or anything -the "Ai Chat" is not really Ai - sales are closing accounts that shouldn't be using our products, and CSM are left to deal with it

Scam & Waste of Time

Pros

coworkers are awesome and office is super laid back

Cons

the "sales training" that this company provides is basically gaslighting you into abandoning all your ethics and morals. the entire pitch is based on misinformation and blatant lies. account execs are expected to use high pressure tactics and harass prospects to get them to buy, the product/service does not do half of the things execs claim it does. Executive and management teams don't know what they're doing, and will still hold you to arbitrary and unrealistic sales goals while they try to figure it out. most people get fired or quit within six months. don't waste your time
