My overall experience with the company has been challenging and disappointing. There was a significant lack of leadership, guidance, and support from management. High turnover among both staff and leadership created an unstable environment, which impacted both morale and patient care. Many of our patients are critically ill and require timely care, yet provider absences and inconsistent staffing forced the front desk team to work beyond capacity just to meet basic needs. Inconsistent policies and unclear expectations made it difficult to perform my job efficiently. There was little to no structure, accountability, or support from leadership. The work environment was toxic, with bullying, favoritism, and a lack of professionalism. The team lead frequently favored personal friends on the team, giving them leniency in attendance, duties, and behavior while others were overworked and unsupported. Staff were not treated equally, and those who tried to grow or speak up were often excluded or sabotaged. I often worked without proper breaks while others took extended lunches or left early without consequence.
