Pros

Remote work, excellent benefits that are completely paid for by the company (medical, dental, short and long term disability, life), flexible hours, Apple products, engaging coworkers and senior leadership, exciting new growth and future

Cons

Can sometimes work very long hours but the upside to that is there is no commute
