Pros
This is a great company to work for. They focus on best of breed technologies and some of the tools are truly bleeding edge. High growth business, it can get extremely busy at times with the amount of new business being captured. This company also puts its employees and customers first. The comp package and benefits are excellent and highly competitive. Most roles are remote. Best part though are the people that work here, truly some of the most kind and smartest brains in Cybersecurity. If you ask for help, people are always willing to step up. It’s cliche, but I strongly believe this company embraces the one team mentality.
Cons
This company pays top dollar for talent, they in turn expect the best from their employees. If you don’t come to the table with your “A” game you may find yourself pushed out. This company is constantly lifting the bar, if you don’t rise with it you can be behind the curve quickly. If you are a clock puncher, this job is not for you.
