Work from home, great benefits. Newer company that is doing some very innovative things and customers are taking notice. Growing very fast.

Cons

Growing very fast, things can seem a bit out of control at times. You have to be very adaptable(Maybe not a bad thing)

Pros

Being able to work remote is a nice option.

Cons

Upper management frequently promises things to customers that are unrealistic, just to keep a contract, even if it stresses mid-to-lower management's relations with that or smaller contracts . The majority of work done comes from a small handful of "heroes", despite management saying the company is strong because of everyone. Analysts are overworked and underpaid. The education budget is way too small to expense any worthwhile courses to improve employee value to the customer and to deepwatch.

Pros

Lots of smart people that like to work hard, medical benefits are above average, mostly remote work, on-demand training for most platforms used, still has the small company feel even though it's growing quickly, direct access to senior management, not too much internal politics from what I can tell.

Cons

A lot of meetings with customers. It'd be nice to cut them in half.
