Awful company with mismanagement, disrespect, and plain rudeness

Office gives you a variety of snacks, parking on site. Remote work options

I worked there for 6 months (before being laid off) and after the first couple of months, it was clear management had no idea what to do with my position. People on the team were rude and would refuse to help, despite the fact I was new. Didn’t have a name plate the entire 6 months I was there. Asked multiple times, was told it was ‘being worked on’ (it’s a name plate, literally the smallest thing they could do to make me feel welcomed). Everyone was closed off and refused to engage, emails would go unanswered for days at a time.

Cons

- lack of transparency - lack of administrative communication - company cuts hours last minute and reschedules workers on the fly - there is no stability in this job, some people get bounced around to different stands every day.
