      Pros

      This was a wonderful job. The full time faculty I worked with were pleasant and helpful at all times. I found the work very rewarding.

      Cons

      The only con was that I couldn't build it into a permanent position which I would have liked very much.

      Pros

      Full time employees are offered good benefits (health, dental, life insurance, vision). Faculty is also able to have extended time off during the summer break and during holiday breaks.

      Cons

      Few opportunities for promotion. Very few faculty members have the opportunity to promote due to budget constraints.
