Poor leadership, floor managers watch you drown and don’t offer help, butter you up with compliments about being a ‘team player’. Completely unsafe for patients and your license. Understaffed, understandable as this is a terrible place to work. Tenet cares about the bottom line and that’s it, they will skimp anywhere necessary, patients and staff come last.

leadership lacking knowledge for role. Too much diplomatic approach, false presentation to excuse situations, not supportive. Nurses are overworked and underappreciated. I heard a lot of complaining by staff. I have been doing the job of 2 people, no quality of life, much stress. Leadership does not even know the extent of the role, nor cared to ask. Minimal support.
