      Pros

      Staff works well together. Most get along. 4 day week. Flexible hours for those attending school.

      Cons

      Lousy pay, overworked, no promotion,no career advancement, Management loves to punish and intimidate. Your concerns or advice are ignored. Always working with the minimal help. Techs are overworked for little pay.

      None. Seriously. There is nothing good about working here.

      Cons

      It's so unsafe. Everyday I come to work I'm afraid I'm going to miss something big and hurt someone because it's always so short staffed. No ancillary staff. No help from managers. It's scary how this hospital is rated so high. The physicians are terrible as well. I've been hung up on and called stupid, screamed at more in the past 6 months than I have in my whole life. A total nightmare to work for. I regret signing a contract here. If you're considering working here save yourself and don't.

      - Tons of learning opportunities especially in the ER; I learn something new everyday I work - Continuing education is the best I’ve seen - Supportive management staff that are definitely are open to listening to concerns and try to make the best of bad situations

      Cons

      - Understaffed especially during “snow bird” season - Communication between departments could be better -Unsafe patient to staff ratios
