Flight attendants don't get paid in a way that makes sense with our schedule; biweekly pay isn't made for our lifestyles. The obvious and painfully cringey union-busting tactics from management are also an issue. I don't feel like my work group is ever heard when we put forth suggestions, and I certainly don't feel like we are respected by upper management.

Employees are taken advantage of. Insanely underpaid and wildly overworked. This place is so political that employees who are not in the “clique” cannot move up to management positions even if they are overqualified. They have employees literally train the new managers, who are clueless and frankly redundant. It’s common for them to have “interim managers” for over six months and up to a year, doing a managers work but not getting the managers salary. Engineers are so underpaid, that new engineers are now making more entry level than the ones that have been there 5+ years. Little to no flexibility for WFH. The only good thing about working at Delta is the flight benefits, and even then good luck not getting stranded. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. And for the people working at Delta TechOps: You deserve better.
