Solid company and core values. Great health benefit package, and employee counseling and support

Poor pay, poor management and supervisors with giant egos not even qualified for the position, ruining the teams with no care for employees. Verbal abuse by supervisors and ruthless tactics to keep memberships

We offer the services of our Life Coaches, we have skip level meetings, CEO chats, and outward mindset training. Great core values but not followed ..

There isn't too many that I can think of other than decent pay.

Cons

The core values are not followed. The company looks great from the outside in. Once you are inside, you are constantly slandered by QA cards. Your QA scorecard depends on the QA person doing the review and how they are feeling for that day. There is no opportunity to move into another department unless you threaten to quit. All of a sudden opportunities magically appear. Most of the opportunities are for people working at HQ in West Bend. The remote workers are very rarely promoted.
