Deltek is an exceptional workplace that fosters a positive and supportive culture. The organization is truly employee-centric, placing a strong emphasis on work-life balance. One standout initiative is Project Nation Day, held every other Friday, where employees who have completed their critical tasks can take the afternoon off starting at 1 PM. In the US, Deltek also had FLEX time off where it's not accrual based. This is in addition to Sick time and holidays they give us as well. While the workload can be demanding and stressful, the collaborative and dedicated team environment makes a significant difference. Having a strong, supportive team enhances the overall experience and helps navigate challenges more effectively. Deltek also demonstrates a genuine commitment to listening to its employees.
