      Pros

      Benefits and compensation are good.

      Cons

      Lower level management and directors engage with those reporting them but seem to be kept in the dark on company direction. Large layoffs are far to common. US jobs are being offshored at a substantial rate. Executive compensation is way out of line for a company of this size reinforcing the perception that the "C" level executives are only looking out for themselves.

      Pros

      the non-management people are great - outside of work.

      Cons

      no longer family-run or family-oriented. no time/balance between work/personal life. tunnel-vision and CYA in HR and Marketing. Quarterly layoffs. Too many Chiefs and not enough indians, the indians at Deltek are trying to keep afloat.
