Deltek provides training for their new employees before they are assigned to actual work and each new hire has a peer partner who will guide them until they are well-adjusted to their new work. Excellent Benefits - Competitive salary, PTO, HMO, Medical Allowance, 14th Month Pay and provide different platforms where employees can take different trainings. Deltek also values the employees' work-life balance by having a "Project Nation Week" program wherein every other Friday, employees will only work 4 hours. So happy to be part of #TeamDeltek.

Onboarding Experience: My onboarding experience with Deltek is very smooth. From the delivery of the equipment up to the Onboarding Orientation is a great experience. Training Experience I attended multiple trainings online that is specifically with my current role and what I have like most is an unlimited and free LinkedIn Training. Team and direct manager My peer partner also different people across Deltek are very helpful specially when you have challenges. My direct Manager always mentor me mostly in a monthly basis to become more effective in my role. What sets Deltek apart from your previous employers? 1. Competetive Salary 2. Work life balance 3. Nurturing Community 4. Fitness, Medical and Quarterly Meal Reimubursement 5. Comprehensive HMO card 6. Project Nation (Free 12 Leaves on the top of your PTO credit) Employee Engagement activities 1.
