Great interview experience from beginning to end - very transparent, I felt really prepared every step of the way and there were no surprises. Communication was consistent and very much appreciated, I never felt like I was in the dark. I also appreciated the follow up from everyone I interviewed with. Really good new hire onboarding/sales enablement programs. They offer a fully built out curriculum guide, a new hire bootcamp and sales specific bootcamp - and you are supported every step of the way by an assigned coach and the larger enablement team. I definitely feel that I'll be prepared to get in the field and start supporting my customers. Additional plus - we didn't have to wait a pay cycle for our first pay check.
