The Demandforce leaders have done an exceptional job of building a productive and positive work environment. The vast majority of employees care about their jobs and have a strong desire to be successful. Compensation is competitive and if you work hard you will have the opportunity for career growth. Executive team has put a lot of effort into improving the training program for all employees, including management. Intuit benefits are second to none!

Cons

If you're not willing to work hard, don't appreciate a competitive environment, and don't like having a great time with your colleagues, might not be for you.

Pros

Demandforce is a place where when you work hard and hit your sales goals, you're rewarded! We're growing fast, and if you put in the effort you're likely to move up quickly and get a lot of recognition within the company. There is a great culture, and while everyone has their own goals to hit, it's a one team one goal mentality. Now being an Intuit company, the benefits are also some of the best in the bay area!

Cons

If you're looking for a job to collect a paycheck, this may not be the right fit. It's a fast growing company with a lot of opportunity if you're willing to work for it.

Pros

I have worked at several places where they tell you much you mean to them, and want to move you up but it never seems to happen. This place put their money were there mouth is, and is will to make changes to benefit the company. I was made a regional manager in less then 6 months.

Cons

The con I can see is if you can't handle change....
