At least the office is close to Bart!

Pros

The parties are fun! I love the office location and near Bart. The culture is young with good energy. The software is strong.

Cons

Better hope that you get a good division/vertical and also a good region. Middle management is still a major challenge. 15 plus people left since August. Some left for other jobs and some were let go. Moral is low and majority of company does not hit the goals. The 6 reviews from July 18th to July 25th appear from demandforce management's request to colleagues.

- A lot of company parties - Play the politics right or get in at the right vertical/region and you can make an OK salary - Young, fun culture

Cons

-Number to hit individually is unrealistic and no longer achievable (has not changed in years) -All regions and territories have the same number to hit, need to be lucky to get a good territory -Turning into a churn and burn environment -Pay is not competitive compared to other software sales -Moral is low and unfortunately it's turning into a shark eat shark

- Great work life/balance - DF soccer team - Growth from within, if you are doing great, upper management will recognize that and promote you no problem. - Everyone is truly happy to be here, very start-upy feel but in a larger scale, everyone is working for a greater good and is happy to be part of such a great company. - Benefits are killer, acupuncture, chiro, flex spending... got it all and 401k matching!!

Cons

- work hard/play hard, can be distracting at times, time management is key.
