Great place to grow your career as a sales professional!

Great pay, great benefits, caring/great executive team, great opportunities to grow in your career because they promote from within.

Cons

If you are already a sales manager somewhere else, you will come here and start at the bottom as an account executive. You can not come here as a senior AE/manager. Also, if you don't like to travel, there's a lot of it.

Pros

Real access to the executive team. Tons of room for growth...if you produce you will get promoted. Most people at the company are welcoming and willing to give advice. Training program has improved and continues to improve which allows the sales team to hit the ground running.

Cons

The company is growing so fast it is difficult to keep up on product changes and enhancements. Probably a good problem to have.

Really fun place to work Young, competitive atmosphere, be prepared to be in a race tons of upward mobility - hit your number and get the promotion, which means a big salary bump Amazing benefits after the intuit acquisition - full health, dental, vision, outstanding 401(k) matching tns of freebies (lunches, drinks, you name it, if you are hitting your goal you will get something out of it) totally team oriented - individual and team goals going to be huge growth in the next 2+ years

Cons

Can feel like a frathouse at times total numbers game, if you don't hit your number you are out expect super long hours (early) - 6:30-4 at the very least for most of the LDRS
