You get a lot of autonomy, fun environment, young culture. If you like a competitive environment you will like it.

Cons

A lot of travel (up to 50% of the month)... it's all about the numbers with Demandforce - management wants to see high call volumes, high activity, and most importantly RESULTS. To a veteran sales rep it can be frustrating to be micro managed. Support organization can use some help and they are lacking in account management which ends up falling on the salesperson who should be SELLING not acct managing.

Started in entry level sales position - LDR, since then have gotten multiple promotions and am now a Senior in the company Extreme career growth opportunity Family like bonds that form with co workers Excellent upper management that push you to grow and perform No micro management when you are an over achiever Excellent compensation Looking forward to come to work every day because what you do actually matters to the company

Cons

All positions demand a lot, I personally don't think this is a con, but people who are just looking to earn a paycheck should not apply, as you will quite possible work harder than any other previous career.
