Pros

People are fantastic! They try to offer extras like lunches here and there, food truck tuesdays, keg Fridays, food stocked in the kitchen, discounts at the gym. Promotions do happen if you stick around and do your job well. They are a growing company and always promote from within.

Cons

Because they promote from within managers are promoted based off of hitting their numbers and do not possess management qualities.

Great opportunity to grow (lots of room for advancement and promotions from within). Amazing product and people to work with. Great vision at the top Open door policies and managers who truly care

Cons

Fully paid healthcare for 1 person but extra coverage for families gets expensive no 401 k matching yet perks (gym, food, parties) are average
