The company is growing incredibly fast. It is a fun environment to be in. Here is a summary of the great things going on: - Work hard, play hard environment. Everyone is very serious about making the company the best it can be, but still have a good time while doing it. - Top management is very sharp - Fun, energetic employees. Lots of extroverts. - Taco Tuesdays (company hires a taco truck every other Tuesday) - Happy hours (every other Friday) - Transparency. Management shares every detail of the business with all of the employees - Clear goals. Everyone knows what we are shooting for every quarter. - Great training. Company is committed to training everyone. New employees, new managers, etc. - Company is willing to commit significant resources to accomplish goals. - Great location and great offices - Foosball, video games and draft beer
Cons
- the benefits aren't top of the line. There isn't a 401k match and the employer contribution for medical is subpar compared to other companies. - you don't get Martin Luther King day off! But the PTO is otherwise fair. - more meetings than necessary for a company of this size
