Pros

- you get to wear whatever you want to work. - free food sometimes. - some great people work here. -located downtown San Francisco - short commute if you live in the city. - decent compensation if you sell. -

Cons

-Has become extremely micromanaged Morale is at an all time low. You used to be able to do your job comfortably and have a quarter to hit you quota. Now you are tracked by the day and the week. - Middle Management is grossly unqualified and abusive. These are people that have been promoted base on their sales and have no management skills. Most are in their mid 20's to young 30's.. Expect to be asked hourly and daily what you are doing and what you have done. -Do not ever consider this job if you are an experienced professional sales rep. This is high pressure sales at its worst. One call closes, one step away from telemarketing. -Sales Reps talk daily about being pushed to their limits. It is an extreme high stress environment, borderline abusive. You will always be reminded of everything you are doing wrong and that your job is always in jeopardy if you don't hit your "number" . -Your quota (number) is completely unreachable and few sales reps ever hit it. Recruiters will tell you that everyone hits their number and that is not the case. Most markets ( especially dental, auto and optometry) are over-saturated, have little opportunity, and see a very high turnover in sales reps. - Party atmosphere- happy hours are provided every other week with free alcohol. which can be fun at the start but gets very old quick. - All the good reviews from July 2012 were solicited by the company. Most are posted by management and people that have hundreds of thousands of stock waiting to vest since the Inuit buyout. Don't believe them. - Most reps that have worked here for a year and a half and longer are currently interviewing for other jobs.

Party hard culture, middle management issues

Pros

Please note that this review is written before the Intuit acquisition. Fun culture with young folks. Great office location. Salary was okay. Lots of flexibility with hours from management. Wasn't stressful for me.

Cons

Disliked the drink-till-you-blackout culture; felt like it was a frat. Middle management came from early employees being promoted. Some middle managers weren't ready to manage the people under them and have the appropriate big picture for their team. Also, too sales-heavy and desperate on getting more accounts. Most of the annoying employees you find are in sales and would do anything to make you do their work for them.

Pros

- A lot of company parties - Play the politics right or get in at the right vertical/region and you can make an OK salary - Young, fun culture

Cons

-Number to hit individually is unrealistic and no longer achievable (has not changed in years) -All regions and territories have the same number to hit, need to be lucky to get a good territory -Turning into a churn and burn environment -Pay is not competitive compared to other software sales -Moral is low and unfortunately it's turning into a shark eat shark
