Pros

Your off at 4. I’m only writing something else cause I can’t post this review without more words in the pros area.

Cons

So many things...the office looks like you work at a call center nothing comparable to other tech jobs. No Perks , and Terrible Health Care. Obama Care is better than what you’ll get here....Second, the company has been around for over 13 years yet stills seems like no one knows what they are doing. You can never get a clear answer to any question about anything. You wait days for an answer for something as simple as any process for a day to day task. Yes, your making cold calls anywhere from 70+ which is not the bad part...the bad part is there are no leads everything is recycled so it’s common for 3 people to call the same account on the same day..which makes prospects super annoyed. BUT YOU BETTER MAKE YOUR DIALS OR YOU’LL BE WRITTEN UP. They treat the LDR’s like they are scums of the earth. LDRs always scared they are going to get fired if they don’t set a demo or make enough dials, so they typically set terrible appointments out of fear of not setting an appointment for the day, which makes this really weird tense battle between the LDRs and AE’s. Third, recognition is only to people management likes, so if your apart of their crew then you’ll be one of their favorites and those are the people they will make sure will succeed. Fourth, they promote their friends or lovers. Also, give away deals to people they like instead of earning them. It was extremely hard to take anyone from management seriously because this has been the MOST unprofessional company I have ever worked for. There’s no filter at this company and there is no one for you to speak to about any concerns because all of management are friends including directors so if you felt uncomfortable or non supported about anything forget bringing it to anyone’s attention because management is juvenile and will talk about you not only among one another but to everyone else and try to get you to quit or fire you. Especially if they don’t like you for what ever reason better believe your on their radar they will make your life miserable. So many people walk around in fear of losing their jobs it’s pitiful. Do yourself a favor a pass up this offer and keep looking not worth wasting your time here. This place is a joke!

Pros

There's a few good people left, but that could be said of any company.

Cons

Incredibly outdated product - good luck trying to sell a product with no differentiators with dozens of competitors. Demolished company culture - no alcohol at events but that's okay because there are no events. Have fun trying to get to know your coworkers while you're making 70+ calls a day getting yelled at by every lead Sales trainers - you'll probably have a pretty awful experience. In my first month, virtually everyone who had been there for longer than 3 years left. The pay is brutal.

Pros

Location is great, and the people that remain (especially OG Df folks) are a fantastic group doing about all they can to keep things going. The company is profitable, which may be the first time ever in as many years.

Cons

Inter Brands is a cheap parent company. They've stripped all culture from this place, and eliminated many of the perks one expects for a San Francisco based company. They are experimenting with Demandforce on where we fit with their larger offerings but not doing a great job. Did I mention they are cheap?
