Pros

Real access to the executive team. Tons of room for growth...if you produce you will get promoted. Most people at the company are welcoming and willing to give advice. Training program has improved and continues to improve which allows the sales team to hit the ground running.

Cons

The company is growing so fast it is difficult to keep up on product changes and enhancements. Probably a good problem to have.

Pros

Startup culture backed with 5 star benefits. Great sales training. Management that is dedicated towards creating the greatest sales team in software. You will get the results from efforts you put in.

Cons

Training program and selection of what vertical you go in can seem like luck of the draw.

Pros

The Demandforce leaders have done an exceptional job of building a productive and positive work environment. The vast majority of employees care about their jobs and have a strong desire to be successful. Compensation is competitive and if you work hard you will have the opportunity for career growth. Executive team has put a lot of effort into improving the training program for all employees, including management. Intuit benefits are second to none!

Cons

If you're not willing to work hard, don't appreciate a competitive environment, and don't like having a great time with your colleagues, might not be for you.

Pros

Room for growth. Amazing culture. Fantastic training program. Great $$ (if you actually work) I'm a little disappointed to see all the negative reviews on this site. We have over 150 sales employees and purely promote from within. Many Regional Managers who have been promoted in the last two weeks have been at the company for less then 1 year. Clearly if you don't do well you wont grow or make the money you'd like. Its laughable to see people compare this place to a broiler room mentality. For those of us who have been in that environment (myself included) this is nothing like that. If you're a confident sales person this is a great place to grow!

Cons

Office is too small for number of employees.

My Demandforce Career

Pros

If you are looking for a sales role that offers a high energy environment, great work-life balance, fun culture, great training and competitive compensation, Demandforce is the place! Demandforce is a brand within the Intuit family (GREAT BENEFITS) but can also feel like a start-up in many ways. Upper management is a nice mix of seasoned Intuit executives and long time Demandforce management. The company is now really hitting its stride and the best is yet to come!

Cons

Training program outcomes are sometimes inconsistent.

Pros

Autonomy. As an employee I have the freedom to run my desk like it's my own business. My managers are more like coaches, and really care about my future. This is the best place I've evert been fortunate enough to be a part of and it keeps getting better day by day.

Cons

Sales roles will always be stressful. This one is no different. If you're the type of person who likes to perform under pressure... go for it! If not don't waste your time. This is a great sales company with a great training program. Just make sure you are prepared for long hours, deadlines, quotas, cold calling, closing, and competition!

Pros

The product is solid and delivers real value to the customer. The benefit package is top notch. For those that are new to sales the training program is very good and will not only prepare you for success at DF, but give you the fundamentals to be successful throughout your career

Cons

The reality of hitting target is different than the picture that is painted in the beginning. That being said, it is unreasonable to think that 100% of a sales team will meet or exceed 100% of quota. To beat your quota, youve got to be both committed and talented - which is as it should be. My only criticism is that reality is not always communicated to new hires.
