Pros

Good benefits, competitive pay, and leadership is kind and approachable

Cons

The culture has changed. Use to be lively and fun. Now everyone is so busy to meet quotas because of the changes to AHCCCS billing that I rarely talk with my coworkers/leadership.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback and for your continued dedication over the years. We’re pleased to hear that you find Denova’s benefits, pay, and leadership support to be positive aspects of your experience. We understand that recent changes in AHCCCS billing requirements have presented challenges across many roles, including Case Management. These external shifts can impact workflow and connection, and we truly appreciate the hard work and adaptability of our teams as we navigate them together. Our goal remains to support a culture of collaboration, communication, and balance—despite the evolving demands of the healthcare landscape. Pros

They do assist with credentialing for licensure and that's appreciative. Supervision is technically provided, but it often falls on discussion of obligatory corporate compliance and practices vs clinical guidance.

Cons

For an integrative healthcare agency, the do not promote much access to care for the employees nor any discussion about what is occurring within the community, nor nationally, that will affect both clients and providers. They do not offer a separation of PTO and sick pay (it is all accrued and utilized under PTO) nor will they pay out accrued PTO if you are to leave the agency. They do not offer any compensation for employees for COVID related absences. They have offered discount package services but they come off as a knockoff Groupon. All the health insurance packages that are offered feel minimal. Having been there for multiple years and the pay, as reported by them is "competitive" but now feels insulting as the pay compensation results in providers needing to take on second jobs to receive a survivable income. There has yet to be a discussion regarding performance bonuses. They had offered stipends to encourage engagement but often it feels that goalposts are shifted to make it unattainable. When COVID hit, they required service providers to complete credentialed trainings for virtual services but have since removed that, in lieu of non-credentialed "in house" trainings, which leave the oncoming providers with questionable practices regarding virtual telehealth spaces. Within the past recent year, there has been multiple inquiries with payroll on why PTO had not been accrued or why
